What is iust.ai and how does it work?

iust.ai is your automated legal assistant – designed to help you with legal problems, without stress, appointments or expensive lawyer fees.

This is how it works:
You ask a legal question, upload a document or describe your problem – and iust.ai immediately analyzes your input and provides a clear, easy-to-understand answer. Everything is based on AI that has been trained with real legal data and tailored to the legal systems in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Instead of tediously searching for information or understanding complicated contracts, you can rely on iust.ai to:

• Explain your rights and options
• Highlight warning signs in documents
• Write letters or legal documents (depending on your plan)
• To help you appeal fines or recoveries
• Save time, money and nerves

Is iust.ai free?

Yes! Every new user gets a free trial – no credit card required. You can ask up to 7 legal questions and use iust.ai for 7 days after activating your account.
You can also skip the trial version and switch directly to one of the paid plans. When the trial phase ends, you will be notified by email and in-app to select a plan and continue without interruption.
And yes, iust.ai also welcomes your feedback!

Is iust.ai a law firm?

No. iust.ai is not a law firm and does not replace a lawyer. It is an AI platform that provides structured legal information based on national laws. All content is automatically generated and provided “as is” – iust.ai does not guarantee legal accuracy or case validity.

How accurate are iust.ai's answers?

iust.ai's answers are generated by AI based on structured legal databases and public regulations. They are intended for general guidance but are not always 100% accurate or applicable in every case.

The Service is not legally binding and results may vary depending on timing, jurisdiction and entry details. Please always review important legal decisions with a professional.

Can iust.ai also help with documents?

Yes! Every plan (including the free trial version) includes document upload and analysis. You can upload contracts, fines, letters or other legal documents – iust.ai extracts the most important parts, explains their meaning and shows you what to do next.

Is my data safe at iust.ai?

Absolutely. iust.ai complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data will be:

• encrypted and stored securely
• never sold or shared without your consent
• only accessible to authorized personnel or service providers

Can I use iust.ai outside of Germany, Austria and Switzerland?

iust.ai is currently optimized for the DACH region, but many features – such as document analysis and general AI support – can be used worldwide. We will soon expand our offering to other countries.

What is the difference between the available plans?

The main difference lies in the length of use, the number of possible legal questions and whether you need individual or team access. Short-term plans like 7 or 30 days are good for quickly resolving an issue, while the annual plan is ideal for regular support. The Business plan is aimed at teams and includes multiple user accounts, document creation and premium features. A unique “criminal complaint” product will soon be released, ideal for urgent cases.

How do I get support or request a refund?

• 7 days if you have not used the service at all
• 14 days in the event of technical or billing errors (with proof)
• 5 business days for reported service errors

All inquiries will be processed in accordance with Swiss law (OR Art. 40a ff. & Art. 62-67). Refunds will not be given in the event of dissatisfaction with legal results or improper use of the AI.
