Is iust.ai free to use?

Yes! Every new user gets a free trial – no credit card needed. You can ask up to 10 legal questions and use iust.ai for 7 days after activating your account.
You can also skip the free trial and go straight to any of the paid plans if you're ready to dive in. When the trial ends, you'll get a notification (via email and in-app) inviting you to pick a plan and continue without interruption.

iust.ai is currently optimized for the DACH region, but many features – like document analysis and general AI support – can still be used globally. We're expanding to more countries soon.

What's the difference between the available plans?

The main difference lies in how long you can use the platform, how many legal questions you can ask, and whether you need individual or team access. Short-term plans like the 7- and 30-day options are great for resolving one legal issue quickly, while the annual plan is better for users who want year-round support with more questions and documents. The Business plan is designed for teams and includes multiple user accounts, document drafting, and premium features. There's also a one-time Criminal Complaint product coming soon, ideal for users needing fast legal action in serious matters.

How do I get support or request a refund?

• 14 days for technical/billing errors (with proof)
• 5 business days for service malfunction reports

We handle all requests under Swiss law (OR Art. 40a ff. & Art. 62–67). Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with legal results or misuse of the AI.
